• WhatsApp Messages initiated by you.
• Contact Forms on this website.

3. Purpose of Use

Your data is used strictly for:

• Providing Real Estate Advisory Services.
• Conducting Financial Calculations (e.g., Affordability checks).
• Scheduling viewings or consultations.

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption (Supabase/WhatsApp End-to-End Encryption) to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. DNC Registry

By providing your number, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp/Call regarding your inquiry, overriding DNC registration for this specific context.
